An influential GOP lawmaker says a new report on TSA's behavioral detection program shows the effort is in "complete disarray" and represents "another security failure for U.S. transportation systems." Rep. John Mica, R-Fla. -- ranking minority member of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee -- commissioned the study by the Government Accountability Office, and he says the results indicate that an overhaul is needed. "We can start with less administration," he said at a news conference. "We could try some private innovation. The system we have in place now is very costly. The system has failed."
