T-Mobile USA will have a new CEO next February as 15-year company veteran Richard Dotson has announced that he will retire next year to spend more time with his family. Parent company Deutsche Telekom named European Chief Regional Officer Philipp Humm as his replacement. Humm has a "track record in cost cutting and improving margins -- exactly what T-Mobile USA needs," said Saeed Baradar, a telecom specialist at Societe Generale.
