The Webster City Airport and Storm Flying Service hosted a Boy Scout Camporee at the airport for almost 300 scouts. Over the weekend, scouts flew a flight simulator and watched a show by a stunt pilot, among other activities. "The goal of this conference is to expose the children to the world of aviation, and hopefully to instill an appreciation of the airport along the side of the road they might've passed without a second glance," said Scott Walters, Raccoon River Valley District Boy Scout director.
