Steve Jobs created a stir last week by publishing "Thoughts on Flash," an essay explaining his reasons for banishing Adobe's Flash software from iPhones, iPods and iPads. Other executives shouldn't be tempted to follow suit, writes Steve Tobak. "That sort of thing works if you're Steve Jobs," Tobak cautions.
