Two new downtown Denver hotels, representing the first newly built hotels in the city's downtown in five years, are preparing to open. Hiring has started for the 403-room Embassy Suites Denver-Downtown Convention Center, due to open in early December, and the 239-room Four Seasons Hotel Denver, due to open in late October. And with year-over-year occupancy rates of hotels in the city increasing 5.6% in the first four months of the year, the hotels are opening as the market appears to be on the rebound.
