Cassidy Turley, a firm that formed in 2008 with the merger of four real estate brokerages and service providers, is stepping up its presence in the commercial real estate industry, hoping to challenge such established providers as CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle. The push comes just as the real estate industry enters a new phase, according to Joseph Stettinius Jr., Cassidy Turley's president. "People are positioning themselves for the next cycle," he said.
