Columnist Richard Earls explains how travel agents who do everything right and exceed expectations gradually can become invisible. Earls argues it is the travel agent's responsibility to ensure clients notice when trips run smoothly. "If you grabbed a suite from a full sailing for a client, or wrangled a special reservation, or found a special deal for a client, let them know you did it, and how you did it," Earls writes. "Don't let your good work go unnoticed."
