The House recently approved the American Jobs and Closing Tax Loopholes Act of 2010 that would end tax breaks on income earned abroad -- a move that could discourage companies from moving jobs and work outside the country. Alexander Cutler, Eaton's chairman and CEO, is against the measure because he says it would hurt the competitiveness of U.S. corporations and "would hurt American jobs."
