More hiring managers need to "shut up" in interviews and let the candidate do the majority of the talking, Kris Dunn writes. "If you're a hiring manager and even go close to a 50/50 split in talking when compared to the candidate, you've lost the battle. You're going to think it went a lot better than it actually did," Dunn writes.
