Household-product maker Seventh Generation has teamed up with nonprofit Project Laundry List to promote cold-water washing and clothesline drying. Bloggers taking part in the month-long Project Laundry Line Challenge received a washing kit complete with a flip cam and are encouraged to share their experience online. "It's a small change that customers can do, without compromise, and saves money, too," says Joel Makower, executive editor of Greener World Media. "People are looking for small changes, not large ones, so this fits."
