It's time for U.S. business leaders to rediscover their better nature, writes former AT&T Broadband CEO Leo Hindery. Instead of focusing only on short-term profitability, Hindery argues, executives should focus on serving their shareholders, customers, employees and communities in equal measure. Besides being more ethical, he adds, such strategies are far better for the long-term health of the company.
