A program has adapted the practice of yoga specifically for people with multiple sclerosis. Practicing yoga can help with "balance, fatigue, muscle stiffness" and depression that can be associated with MS, a co-founder of My MS Yoga says. DVDs featuring the adaptive program are available for free on the website www.MyMSYoga.com.
