A growing number of airports from Atlanta to Los Angeles are creating "pet relief" areas closer to the terminals, in response to a federal rule designed to improve facilities for travelers with service dogs, USA TODAY reports. "Many of our members travel," says Melanie Brunson, executive director of the American Council of the Blind. "Increasingly, you don't get much time between flights. You don't have a whole lot of time to take care of your dog's needs."
