France's Dassault Aviation posted an increase in profit during the first half of the year compared with the same period last year, in part because of an increase in the delivery of Falcon corporate jets. However, the company does not expect a recovery in the business-aviation market in the short term because of a high number of pre-owned aircraft on the market. The good news is that the pace of cancellation has slowed, CEO Charles Edelstenne said.
