Facebook has "serious questions" about whether a contract purported to give a New York man 84% stake in the social network is real, Facebook attorney Lisa Simpson told a New York state judge. Paul Ceglia sued Facebook, alleging an April 2003 work-for-hire contract between Ceglia, a Web designer, and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, then a freshman at Harvard, makes Celia a majority owner of the social network.
