Dish Network's move to file a federal lawsuit against the FCC over a mandate that the satcaster offer PBS in high definition is "an affront to their customers" who "expect and deserve" the public broadcasting service, according to Rep. Anna Eshoo, D-Calif. "If Dish has room to carry pornography, they can find room for PBS," said Eshoo, who authored the PBS mandate as part of the satellite reauthorization.
