America's big advertising firms are flocking to join the social-media revolution. Universal McCann will launch a social-marketing shop called Rally this week, while Publicis Groupe's digital wing is due to open a social-media practice by the end of the year. "Social media is now part of all our clients' plans; we can't not be in this space," says Matt Seiler, CEO of Universal McCann.
