The first Michelin Guide to Chicago's best restaurants and hotels is due out in November, continuing a North American expansion started five years ago with the first New York guide. Despite the rapid growth of consumer review websites and foodie blogs, the company hasn't changed its practice of using trained, anonymous reviewers to rate eateries under consideration, says North American Travel & Lifestyle Chief Operating Officer Parmeet Grover.
