Fanciers of Le Bec-Fin's fine French cuisine will be forced to get their fix elsewhere when the Philadelphia restaurant closes its doors after 40 years of business. "The food is still spectacular, but I think it's time to move on," said Georges Perrier, Le Bec-Fin's chef-owner. Perrier also said that while he is selling the 1523 Walnut St. building that houses Le Bec-Fin, he will be opening three restaurants in the area next year.
