Two more environmental groups have sided with small-engine manufacturers that oppose a proposal to increase the use of the amount of ethanol in gasoline from 10% to 15%. "None of the 200 million pieces of outdoor power equipment in use today were designed, built or warranted to run on any fuel containing more than 10% ethanol," said Kris Kiser, executive vice president of the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute.
