A new Marist poll has found that 50% of Americans with a profile on Facebook, MySpace or another social network are concerned about privacy issues. People 60 and older cite the most worries about privacy, and women outpace men when it comes to privacy concerns. "Some people are concerned, reluctant and skittish about the extent of online information," said Lee Miringoff, director of the Marist College Institute for Public Opinion. "There's a privacy element that some people feel is getting lost."
