A new study reveals a "deep vein of anger" among female partners because of the legal profession's pay disparities. Female lawyers earn 22% less than male lawyers, the survey found, which adds up to an average pay gap of $66,000 between male and female equity partners. "We knew there was a compensation gap, but we were surprised to find such intense dissatisfaction," says one of the study's authors.
