In this section, we highlight one of your favorite books, culled from suggestions that SmartBrief on Leadership readers share with us.
Today's recommendation is "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership," by John Maxwell, submitted by Tom McCool, with this endorsement:
I would recommend this as a starting point for new leaders. I've read several other Maxwell books but none have had the impact this has had. Yes, it is a basic book on leadership, and contains no really ground-breaking principles, but I would give this book to anyone who is graduating from college and entering the workplace this spring.
