Billionaire investor Carl Icahn has confirmed no work will be done on the Fontainebleau casino and resort in Las Vegas until economic conditions improve. But contractor Taylor International pulled $1.2 billion in construction permits on the project in June. Icahn also affirmed he has no plans to sell the 3,815-room resort, which has been sitting idle for about a year.
