Data from the Oklahoma Election Board show 119,864 voters participated in the GOP runoff election for state insurance commissioner on Tuesday, with 14.5% of registered voters showing up at the polls. The Republican runoff was the only statewide race on the ballot. "I would not describe that as good turnout, but I would say for a runoff that's not too bad," said state Election Board Secretary Paul Ziriax.
