A Wisconsin elementary school will begin applying for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years program -- a move that could allow the Green Bay district to adopt IB for K-12 classes. Two Wisconsin high schools are expected to offer IB programs for the first time in 2011, and there are plans to include middle schools after an elementary-school IB program has begun. "Our students might never leave Green Bay, but they need to have a global perspective," one principal said of the program.
