Moody's Investors Service surveyed attendees at an industry conference and found that nearly three-quarters think the market for home-loan securities will not make a substantial comeback before 2012. Issuance reached nearly $1.2 trillion in 2005 and 2006 and then essentially froze in 2007. "The pipeline is just kind of starting to wake up again," said Linda Stesney, managing director at Moody's.
