"Superfans," otherwise known as a business' most loyal customers, are every entrepreneur's dream because they offer free word-of-mouth advertising wherever they go. To keep these fans happy, Eric Groves suggests offering them a few perks -- such as access to VIP events, loyalty cards and free shipping. But, he cautions, don't forget why you have fans in the first place: the quality of your product or service.
