School districts are debating how to use their share of $10 billion in federal aid from the education-jobs bill. President Barack Obama pushed for the approval of the education spending to save 160,000 teachers' jobs, but some districts plan to spend their funds next year to prevent budget cuts. The money is being used to rehire laid-off teachers this year in other districts, such as in Florida's Broward County. That district rehired 344 of 555 teachers it had let go.
