A federal judge's decision to bar some of the core provisions in Arizona's new immigration law has prompted other states to rethink whether they should implement similar proposals, writes Alan Gomez. An identical bill to Arizona's was expected to be filed this week in Ohio by state Rep. Courtney Combs, but now he plans to omit parts of the bill that were blocked by the federal judge to avoid another lawsuit.
