Women who ate one to three servings of high-quality dark chocolate per month reduced their risk of heart failure by 32% compared with women who didn't eat chocolate regularly, according to a Harvard study. However the health benefit disappeared if women upped their intake to one to two servings a week, and the risk increased 23% for women with intake of three to six servings a week.
