About 50 people gathered for a National Organization for Marriage rally on the steps of the Iowa Capitol, but a group of marriage equality supporters that was about three times as large attracted Iowa first lady Mari Culver, who said she supported leaving intact the state supreme court decision that legalized marriage for same-sex couples.
