Giving an employee paid leave for an alleged infraction shouldn't be done unless an investigation can be conducted in two days or you're sure you're going to terminate, Kris Dunn writes. "The longer someone's out on leave, the more they'll be viewed as broken by those around them once you bring them back into the fold," Dunn writes.
