Bernardo Hees is set to succeed Burger King CEO John Chidsey when buyer 3G Capital Management closes on its $3.3 billion acquisition of the quickservice chain later this year, the private equity firm said Thursday. Hees will step down today from his CEO post with America Latina Logistica, Latin America's largest railroad and logistics company, where he has worked since trading a banking career for the transportation industry in 1998.
