Many business leaders find it surprisingly hard to explain what their job actually entails, writes Fred Wilson. It's worth remembering that the CEO's responsibilities boil down to just three things: devising and articulating a strategy for the company, hiring the talent to execute that vision and making sure the company doesn't run out of cash along the way. "If you cannot do these three things well, you will not be a great CEO," Wilson writes.
