Ten years after launching service to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, JetBlue has carried some 20 million South Florida passengers and established itself as an innovator in the industry, according to CEO Dave Barger. "Ten years ago, we were JetWho, and now we're a global brand," Barger says, crediting the company's focus on technology and value. As other airlines expand their in-flight entertainment options, JetBlue is attempting to keep a step ahead, testing new satellite-based Internet connections said to be more reliable than ground-based service.
