The global economy is "not safe yet" because of a likelihood that worldwide growth will not be strong enough to create employment, said International Monetary Fund Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn. "The question now is not only to boost growth but to boost growth in a way that will be able to create millions of jobs that we need," he said. Europe is the most at risk of a sluggish recovery that doesn't bring down unemployment, he said.
