New York's Just Salad naturally evolved into a popular place for singles to strike up connections over the salad bar. Now the chain has added an online perk -- a dating service that uses customers' favorite salads and other dining preferences to match them with like-minded lunchers. "It's sort of like ballparks that allow people to get married in them: It won't necessarily translate to a huge increase in ticket sales, but it creates a slightly different image for the venue," said a Technomic analyst.
