Starbucks' critics are accusing the coffee chain of trying to fool customers into spending more money by leaving its smaller, less expensive cup size off of its new drive-through menus. But a Starbucks spokeswoman says the move was an attempt to simplify the drive-through menu at customers' requests. Small-sized drinks can still be ordered at the drive-through, Starbucks says.
