The City Council of the Seattle suburb of Federal Way has approved the $6.15 million sale of four acres of land earmarked for the construction of three towering skyscrapers that will house condominiums and hotel and retail space. The buyer, Seattle-based Twin Development, plans to build the three skyscrapers that at 45 and 35 stories tall will overshadow all other structures in Federal Way.
