Georgia-based AGCO will invest more than $100 million in a new high-technology industrial hub in Changzhou, China, over the next five years, according to a company official. The equipment manufacturer intends to spend $50 million on a production plant for low-horsepower tractors, engines and other machinery and boost capacity from an initial 5,000 units to 20,000 units annually.
