The three-acre Lurie Garden above the Millennium Park parking garage in Chicago makes use of a variety of plants that change the garden week to week and season to season. Perennials, native plants and grasses were combined to show different blossoms in the spring and dried seed heads in winter. Jennifer Davit, the garden's new executive director, said she intends to lure more visitors year-round by hosting festivals and adding bird and plant lists on the garden's website.
