As Hawaiian Airlines targets growth in Asia, CEO Mark Dunkerley says the carrier will conclude a codeshare agreement with Japan's All Nippon Airways "in three or four months." Hawaiian will begin service to Tokyo's Haneda Airport on Nov. 17 and hopes to expand its network to four or five additional cities in Japan. "What we've been waiting for is the right circumstances" to serve the Japanese market, Dunkerley said, promising "seamless connections and frequent flier benefits" as a result of the ANA alliance.
