Despite rising fuel costs, Hawaiian Airlines reported a $30 million profit for the third quarter, unchanged from last year. A 15% rise in revenue was enough to offset higher prices for fuel, labor and other costs.
"A tenth consecutive quarter of profitability has further strengthened Hawaiian Airlines," said CEO Mark Dunkerley in a statement. "We've taken delivery of new aircraft and are on the doorstep of expansion into Asia."
