Microsoft has launched a line of smartphones with Windows 7 software, but the devices may not hold much appeal for small-businesses owners, writes Romy Ribitzky. He cites the lack of tethering functionality and external storage and says Microsoft's choice of AT&T as its main provider was a big mistake. He also notes the lack of available apps in the Windows Phone Marketplace.
