Steven Tanger, CEO of Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, tells Jim Cramer at Mad Money that sales at its factory outlet retail centers are doing better now than before the crash. "Our sales are 2% higher now than at peak rates. That is the only retail REIT that can claim that." He foresees stronger growth and rental rate increases as a result. "Higher tenant sales leads to higher rents. We have lots of embedded growth in our portfolio."
