While all 23,000 Google employees will receive 10% pay raises for 2011, four company executives will get a 30% boost, along with a possible 250% bonus on top their base salaries, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings. The bonuses will be based on personal performance and the company's financial productivity, the filing says. Google CEO Eric Schmidt and co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin won't be increasing their $1 annual salaries.
