Startup restaurant search service Bizzy is betting on beating the more generic offerings of competing services, from the Yellow Pages to Yelp, by using data on dining likes and dislikes to make its picks more personal. The search engine's success will depend on collecting data from the crowd, and rather than actually knowing details about each restaurant, Bizzy will make recommendations based on the eateries preferred by others who share the same preferences.
