While Boeing battles to deliver its 787 Dreamliner, the high-profile plane builder quietly continues to churn out 737s, the world's most widely flown jetliner. Through October, Boeing had booked 480 net orders for the year, and that includes 432 orders for 737s. "The 737 is a high-volume, high-profit machine," said Teal Group analyst Richard Aboulafia.
