Citigroup is planning to hire about 200 bankers by the end of next year to woo small businesses as the company targets companies with annual sales of less than $20 million. "We feel we can help business owners and the economic recovery, and there's money to be made for our shareholders," said Raj Seshadri, head of small-business banking for Citigroup. JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo are also seeking to woo small-business customers.
